The vital role that culture plays in any organisation has never been so widely accepted. Culture plays a critical role in both the creation and rapid destruction of company value, and employee engagement.

We carry out a blend of face to face and virtual interviews, focus groups and online surveys to get under the skin of your current culture to establish what is working, what could be improved, and where the blocks may be.

We work with our alliance partner Temporall, using a leading Cultural Insights tool to measure your workplace culture. This enables leaders to design an effective strategy and company alignment by giving you critical insights into what is driving business performance. The Insights frameworks allow you to quickly diagnose your relative strengths and shortcomings in key areas across your company.

The tool isn’t a ‘one-off’ intervention either, by continually collecting information, we create a deep insights loop which supports decision-making and alignment.

Measuring Purpose

A clear purpose builds engagement, a sense of cohesion and business performance. It also creates clarity and trust in leadership. All these factors enable businesses to be more agile, and change ready, which is essential in a fast paced, ever-changing business environment.

We often find that there is a gap between the purpose articulated by the leadership and the reality experienced by the people. We work with our alliance partner Contexis to identify the cause of that gap. Contexis (along with research partners The University of Cambridge and the University of Plymouth) have developed The Contexis Index. They have identified key behaviours which drive business productivity and performance underpinned by ownership, trust and context.

We work with leaders to analyse their results of the Contexis Index to identify exactly where there are blockages and help you to design highly targeted interventions, safe in the knowledge that they are based on reliable empirical data.
